Cannot start ps4 e-343358

Basically a bit of juice went on my hard drive and I cleaned it all out but whenever I turn on my ps4 it comes with a code (E-343358) and says “cannot start ps4” I tried taking my hard drive in and out but the same thing keeps coming up so I’m wondering is the problem where the hard drive is being put in?(inside the hard drive place ) or is it the hard drive and should I buy a new one ? PLZ answer
