S3 stuck on flashing logo screen after update

I have an S3 frontier watch that following an update and being so t in the charging cradle for 3 days is now stuck on the logo screen.

I can get to the reboot options screen but not any further.

I'm in NZ.

It was purchased by a (now) deceased Uncle in China.

NZ Samsung won't help. So I'm stuck.

Any ideas.?
