So just today I got my Battery off Walmart that I ordered well when it came in the mail today and when I put it in and charged it for two and half hours it never turned on. I took it to walmart and they gave me a micro charger I plugged it up, An hour later I went to go turn it on I sat for five or more mins. and it never turned on, Plz help me we are going to Verizon to see what they can do, Plz help me

Test Battery - See if old battery works, charges, turns on.
Cable Line - See if another good cable works on the device, if you know someone with a micro USB just test it for 10 mins, that should give it enough time to charge the device.
Check ports for damage - see if the port itself is damaged, bents, broken etc.

@kayleewillis200 those are never easy repairs. If you know that your battery is good but your phone does not show any signs of powering up, you would have to follow the troubleshooting flowchart step by step to see where a failure might be. This will of course require you to have a few testing tools like a multimeter etc.
