Every step of the repair, you have a very good chance of breaking something. You have to be very careful. The 2 things you definitely do not want to damage or break, but are commonly broken by first timers is the LCD and the Logic Board Connector to Flex Cable #3. Make sure the iPhone is powered OFF before working on it, this will especially help from damaging LCD circuitry. Also be careful not to pry under LCD when removing it and do not accidently twist LCD is is very fragile. Regarding Flex Cable #3 be very careful when opening iPhone so not to damage Flex Cable #3 or its connector on the Logic Board. Be very careful when removing Flex Cable #3 from its connector and when putting it back into place when putting iPhone back together. Good luck. Brad
