My ipad charger tip broke off inside my ipad but it still charges but the charger falls out easily, should I be concerned? Is it worth fixing it and if so how?

In the long run things will get worse eventually..try removing it with tweezers such as these Tweezers
Turn off the iPad before to be on the safe side.

Thanks but i tried removing it with tweezers, safety pin and a bobby pin but it wont budge
