Screen has purple spots and does not go away after screen replacement

Not sure what happened, probably dropped it the screen started to show these spots in all the screen

all the functions of the phone works when i take a pic in my mobile and send it across it has those spots on the picture too. I have replaced the screen too but that problem still persists. Any clue what i should do ?

Also when i was trying to replace the screen i noticed some kind of dried liquid on the battery and the back of my old screen panel.

Any suggestion are welcome

Video driver, GPU or VRAM issue, either within the OS or logic board.

Try a full reinstallation of iOS first, if not working, this is some kind of advanced glitch situation caused by hardware, not possible for DIY repair, or even most pro repair.
