Weird shadow in the left side of ipad, after replacing battery

Hey guys,

So, i replaced the battery in the ipad and now it has this weird black/white shadow thing on the lcd. Tried 3 different LCD's that work perfectly on other devices and it's the same.

There might be a battery issue, not sure if there is a defect in the battery, but i haven't seen anything like this before, so not sure this could be caused by that?

Tried a restore of the ipad but that didn't help.

That's a partial failure on the backlight circuit which would need to be diagnosed / repaired by someone that does board-level repairs for iPads.

You may be able to find a reputable repair shop locally in your area that offer a no-fix no-fee service for board-level repairs.
