Why is it failing to boot the warning which says download custom os
my phone is keep on showing out warning download the customs os everytime l restart it.

Sounds like your phone is in download mode to flash new software. Are there some buttons stuck on your phone?

yeah the volume down key is stuck so how can i resolve it
Try pushing hard on button. If it still is stuck try to clean it with high-percentage isopropyl alcohol and canned air.
