stuck on logo samsung logo then get off its not turn on

i have samsung galaxy A9s when i press power button its stuck on logo and then off i try multi times but isn't work even i do factory reset but no still have this issue please help me out and i don't have flash device

Does it power off when phone is in download mode? Try to flash the phone with Odin.
