Why is my washer input valve area dripping?
Hi. So my washer is actually a Frigidare and a couple of months ago, started filling with water. We cleaned some filters and seemed to have fixed the problem, but now my floor boards are warped bc we’ve discovered it’s been leaking water for a couple of days! I do not understand what this white pipe is (input with plug on the end attaching to nothing) , but it has a steady drip allowing water to deep down my walls and onto my floor. Any advice? I’ve tried shutting off cold/hot inputs but it still drips!
Thank you!

Thank you for your responses. I can’t get the tip off of that pipe and it’s not one of the ones that feeds into the washer. The washer is a Frigidaire affinity front loader but this connection is hooked up to it- it’s really baffling. I can get a plumber out but not for a couple of days and it’s steady dripping (filling a solo cup, which is the only thing that fits in the space, about every 2 hours!)
Is this a good question?
