My machine won't run the final drain/spin on any programme.

Bosch ClassiXX WVF2402GB.

This is an old (2007 maybe) but lightly used washer dryer - about one main wash per week. Manual dial selector control. No display. Working fine up to a few months ago.

On any wash programme, the machine does not run the final drain and consequent final spin. It runs through all the wash and rinse cycle fine, as normal.

I have been getting around this by switching it off when it stops; manually selecting the mid-cycle drain and spin; switching it on again; switching it off immediately after this spin finishes (i.e. before it refills with fresh water). Not ideal but it gives the washing a basic spin .

I had assumed this was a logic/pcb failure or fault but now wonder if there's something simple I could do to remedy it?

I hardly ever use the dryer function.

Any suggestions welcomed.
