ty will not turn on, no standby light. but when i unplug the wire sgoing to yhe control board the backlights come on

The TV has a very low volume, I increase it with the control of the cable company (Total Ply) to 100 but it does not go up and stays low, I have already been checking the sound manual and I cannot find the option to increase the volume control of the tv
