Why is my television screen has horizontal lines and double images.

I have a 42 inch RCA Television and I note that there are horizontal lines and double images. Is it an easy fix or do I have to change the board. and what board should I search for?

'''++Carlos Jones++'''  all of this will depend on what model your TV is. You cannot just go ahead and start replacing boards. Remove the back of your TV and check the boards first. Check for obviously damaged components like leaking or domed capacitors. Check all the wiring etc. Post some images of what your screen displays as well as of your boards once you tear it down. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. It will help us to see what you see. Horizontal lines are usually caused by bad drivers on the panel itself. Not an easy fix but let’s see what you got going on.
