I cannot hear any voices when other party is talking.

When I answer a call I cannot hear anyone talkingbut they can hear me and when I call out its the same, I cannot hear anyone talking but they can hear me. If I put it on speaker phone then I can hear the other people talking.

Your earpiece speaker is out. Flex Cable #3 needs to be replaced or the actual earspeaker needs to be replaced. If your iPhone was recently repaired, then greater than 99% chance it is Flex Cable #3 that has to be replaced. If your iPhone was recently repaired hope it is not the Logic Board Connector #3 that is damaged. Good luck. Brad
