ok it plays out loud.without headphones.but when i put in the headphones it plays out loud and in the headphones.like i can hear it playing in the headphones but it plays out loud aswell.i have tryed other headphones does the same thing. I REALLY NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could be something in the jack. Does headphone plug go all the way in and then click? can you see shiny white indicator at bottom of jack? Try blasting lint or other debris from jack with compressed air. Be careful to hold can upright so as not to spray condensed moisture into ipod!
