A unusual symbol on my Blu phone

There is an unusual symbol on the top of my Blu Jenny II t177 phone beside the network signal bars

The symbol is a speaker phone with a red message looking box below it

I can hear the person on the other end but the person cannot hear me on their end. I want to know how to get rid of it
