Spilled some jagermeister on the laptop

Hi everyone, my uncle brought me a laptop that he spilt some jagermeister on.

He said it used to turn on but the keyboard would not work.

He later took it to the service and now it does not turn on, and they said it needs a keyboard change or something like that.

When he brought it to me, it actually turned on for sec when I was checking it, but then turned of. It takes power from the charger sometimes.

I took the macbook appart and the logicboard has no corosion or traces of liquiod damage.

Is it possible that the problem is just in the keyboard? Will a macbook power up if i disconnect the keyboard plugs?

When taking it apart the area under the airport adapter was very wet (had a stain on it) is that normal or could this be the damage? The spillage happned 2 months ago btw.

I can attach high resolution pictures of the logicboard for more professional eyes to have a look, maybe you can spot the damage.

Any advice on how to check if the problem is only the keyboard?

Will apple replace just a keyboard if you ask them too?
