White screen of death? Static screen with grey lines

Ok so heres what happened:

Went into swimming pool with phone inside my pocket (yes I am dumb), was into about 3 feet of water for about 5 min then I remembered it was inside my pocket. Came out and was off.

I quickly tried to get out as much water as I could by shaking the phone until no more came out. Dried it as much as I could and had to wait all day to be able to go home since I was an hour away from home.

At home, disassembled it, took out the board, submerged it into 90% isopropyl alcohol for about 20 min, scrubbed it, no sign of water corrosion or residue except on one spot on the back of the board. Dried it with a heat gun immediately, dipped the rest of the phone in alcohol for about 5 min and dried.

Reassembled the phone to get it to turn on, and would only stay on if left it plugged in, and still would occasionally turn off by itself still plugged in and would just not boot up again or would just turn off and on before getting to the samsung logo. Weird thing is that it showed it was at 100%.

So... figured first step to do was get the new battery, couple days later came in the mail, swapped it, same problem, still showed at 100%, won't stay on unless plugged in, and even still doesn't turn on when plugged in. Next thing I did was unplug the battery from the board, still showed at 100%. Huh??? Could it be the power ic or charging port?

Edit: UPDATE so I actually cleaned it again, got it to turn on without being plugged in but now it has a weird white static screen with some grey lines horizontally like the ones you see on tv when they have no signal. I disconnected all cables and ensured solid connection and still the same...

I am just still learning how to fix electronics, so if you could give me a hand in figuring this out, would reeaaaallly appreciate it, thanks!

Did you also check under the removable metal shields on the logic board for any components that still have corrosion on it? That is where most of the liquid damage is done usually.

I suppose you can use the images from this page here as a reference to what the components / connectors on logic board looks like when it's not liquid damage to after it has been in contact with water:
