If your phone call reception is bad, then this is the reason. If you found the detached piece, many people carefully solder it back into place. Others have claimed success using Super Glue to repair the piece, making sure there is still metal to metal contact without glue blocking everything. The prong only has to touch the bezel for it to work. If it is lost, try to recreate the portion of the prong that is missing with a small piece of metal, solder or glue it on.

Good luck,

Brad
