I have a spot on all images with white or (sky) blue background .

Hi Pete. It sounds like your camera needs a sensor cleaning!

There are multiple approaches. It seems that the sensor swab and sensor gel sticks seem to work the best. Leica uses a pentax gel sticks to remove any extra smudges before camera shipment. The pentax kit is even shown on their home page:
