I have to format but I can not, someone has some image of recovery because I ended up losing the factory.

If I use any ISO, the screen is on the stay aside and I can not unsee it.

Options

Could I ask what version of windows was on the laptop before your issue?

and there should be a long code with the windows logo on it, if you can see

what version of windows that code is for, it may be different than the version

you had.

He was with Windows 10 Home.

I tried putting Home and Pro, but the same problem happens.
