Want to change logicboard

If i change the i cloud lock logicboard with new unlock logicboard,the phone will remain icloud lock or not?

Because my younger brother forgot his id and can't access to his mail.

if you swap the logic board with 1 that has no icloud account then no it wont have icloud. the logic board thats currently in the phone will still have the locked icloud account
