Thin horizontal line led tv

i have a Sony XBR55X930E (LED TV) and I've got some thin horizontal lines. I'm not sure if this is board/ribbon cable related or panel related. Can anyone interject? Pictures attached. Also notice there are two thin lines, and the color seems to be influences by whats above/below it, so the color of the line changes.

Thanks in advanced.

@dglambert horizontal lines are usually related to either failed components or failed bonding of the ribbon cables to the panel. The driver board is part of the LCD display and cannot be changed. You can try and see if you find some obvious failed component. You can also try to locate the ribbon cables going from the driver board to the panel and apply some pressure on the cable to see if that line changes etc.

If the driver board ribbon cable does respond to applying pressure, is there anything I can do since it is bonded to the panel?

You can try some ilk tape and to hold it down and sometimes the is some room between the TV's frame and the panel to wedge a piece of styrofoam etc in between to continue to apply pressure
