Why is my xbox turing off after I turn it on

I spilled some drink inside of the fan in the top ventilation and so I took the Xbox apart and I cleaned it all up inside the motherboard and everything with 91 % isopropyl alcohol like I found online and afterwards I put it back together and it still turns on and turns back off then I noticed that the fan will start to turn and then it will slow down and stop and then the Xbox will turn off. I have also checked the power brick and everything looked fine. So is it the fan and radiator thats messed up or just the xbox in general?
