Kvl-32r306c has no power no redlight

Abdulla Mahir you need to give us a bit more information than what you have thus far. You said you have checked "smps it produce 19.6v" but did not tell us how and where you have checked. You do have to tell us those things as well as what else you have checked. you also want to make sure that you double check your model. Is it a KVL or a KLV or a KDL? Post some images of your boards with your question that way we can see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. Right now it does sound like a bad power board.
