I have stupidly opened the cloud 2s

I wanted to wash the headband on the cloud 2s, didnt find a guide online so I took them apart at the part where they adjust in lenghth. There a 2 plastic pieces that fell out on either side and I cant get them back in. Without them they are really loose and it just doesnt feel good anymore. Can someone explain to me where these 2 pieces belong and where to put them?
