Controller freezes after 5 minutes

Hi,

I bought controller six months ago. First three months it worked properly, but after that time it starts to freezes after 5 minutes of playing. When it freezes I can do anything with it, and then I have to turn PS of with my other controller. This one that freezes is CUH-ZTC1E model. Other one (that works properly) is CUH-ZTC1E model. Is there a problem with first model? How can I fix my problem with that controller?
