Galaxy S8 will not turn on after screen change

I have repaired many phones and gadgets , so a bit of a mystery with this, ordered a new Galaxy S8 LCD which included the frame, moved all components over to new screen and double checked all connectors, but will not power on, I have checked that all components several times and still will not turn on, this includes soft reset (power button + volume down button.

Any help is appreciated.
