A group of keys are not working on my keyboard

But if I hold down the keys simultaneously, it fixes it temporarily.

To clarify, the "offending" letters are T, Y, U, I, and O. Note where they are on the keyboard.

Professional tried several fixes and gave up. I will go to Apple.
