Mine is starting to do the same thing. I saw a post that said to remove the battery and then reinstall it. I can’t tell you if this will work or not, because I don’t know how. Please let me know how you fixed yours. Thanks.

Hi @lawanddisorder5 ,

Try connecting an external monitor to the laptop and check what its' display is like.

If it is OK then you have a problem with either the video cable to the display panel (loose connection either end, motherboard or panel, or as is more likely the display panel in the laptop is faulty and it needs to be replaced.

Video cable is more likely than the whole display, motherboard, etc. Test as jayeff suggests.

The video cable has to go through the hinge and after a while gets damaged from flexing. First thing to try is readjusting the cable slightly to give more slack at the hinge point. May mitigate the pink screen problem.
