I had the button pushed down and was scrolling with my other finger on the pad when my screen turned sideways I guess that be horrozonally it has locked me out as well and can't use password or facial to get into it to try to fix issue it tells me to go to account live.com to fix it an d change password but still does not fix problem??

Hi Robin. Try using the "crtl + alt + arrow" keyboard shortcut. Press these keys at the same time. THis usually works on computers with integrated graphics.
