Fan is loud and computer is laggy after screen replacement

I just installed a new MacBook Air A1466 screen replacement.

The screen works fine after installation.. but...

My fan is really loud and the computer is laggy.

The computer will not boot while the iSight cable is plugged in.

(this is the little cable on the side of the ESC key)

When I disconnect this cable, the computer works fine, but no Camera.

I reattached my old cracked screen to see if the computer was the problem,

When I attach the old cracked screen, the computer works fine with no problems.

Any suggestions???

It seems you've already done your troubleshooting and the answer seems to be in your description of the issue..you've been supplied a faulty screen which needs replacement. Might it be a refurbished screen ?
