Why the screen not working?

i just got my iphone fixed, and then i checked to see if it was still okay, then i added my sim card and now the right side of the phone on the screen isn't working so i can't unlock it or turn it of.

ps.. if you paid someone to repair your phone then you should take it back and get them to fix the job

Options

Try wiping the connections on the screen cable with a Q-tip and then reseating it. If that doesn't work then it sounds like you got a defecting replacement screen.
