keyboard replacement, Stock - Black

Hello from Iraq..

I currently have a 15" macbook pro, model# A1211. My keyboard is on its last legs so I am overdue for a replacement. Is it possible to replace the stock keyboard with one of the newer black ones (Upper case mid 2009) that Apple now currently uses in?

Thank you.

The new keyboard won't work for you and Apple never produced a MacBook Pro core 2 duo in black. But here's a solution that will give you the look: http://www.kbcovers.com/servlet/Detail?n...

I don't think so. The new keyboards have spaces between the keys and the keys come up through the aluminum unibody. If it even fit in there, I think you would see the keyboard circuitry between your keys and probably get damaged easily.
