Freezes/Crashes and restarts No issues raised with the Diagnostic

Hey, so I'm using MacBook Pro 13 retina (early 2015) 256gb, 8ram; macOS High Sierra v10.13.4. All latest updates installed.

About a month ago I started getting these odd crashes/glitches.. The entire machine would freeze/crash and restart automatically. I've reset the NVRAM and SMC but the issue still continues. I think its completely random because it happens at any moment and I haven't noticed a trend.
