Ipad pro 12.9 has backlight but no image after screen replacement

You will need to determine if the replacement screen is good or not. Try to reconnect the original screen to see if it works properly. If it does, then you have a bad replacement screen.
If it doesn't, then double check your work and connections to insure everything is done properly. Otherwise, you may have a issue on the logic board.

Thank you for answers, I have try with another display same problem! I remember having repaired another one. after changing the display the touch did not work. a filter was broken near the diaplay connectors. but in this case I can not find the fault
You may have blown the filter on the EDP line. Take a look at the Air 2 schematic (L4601). Chances are there is a similar circuit in the Pro 12.9". You just need to probe the parts near the connector.
