different screens on iPhone 3GS?

There are two different screens to the iPhone 3G? because I have 3 iphone which is located here, and got one from a friend who had burst GLAST, opened it up and would change with the distinguished Kable number 3 so now have no screen. ... how does one know which one to order?

there is a display screen and a touch screen, the display is cable no.1. the touchscreen is cable no.2.

the cable no.3 is actually the flex from the earpiece/speaker and the proximity sensor.

the iphone 3g lcd and digitiser are NOT able to be used for iphone 3gs.
