My vent selector won't go past feet and defrost

I feel like something got stuck inside but essentially I can't get it past the red line in the below pic. https://i.imgur.com/70d2gtn.png.

First thing is to have your car scanned for codes. As everything in the newer models is code dependant.

I'd try wiggling it a bit to try and get it free; otherwise I'd replace the switch (ebay).
