Removing the Hard drive

The hard drive on my Mac PowerBook G4 12" has died. I want to remove it and then sell the notebook. Everything else worked on this notebook. How can I remove the hard drive without causing any harm to anything else? Thank you.

Thanks everyone. The model #A1010. I looked over the instructions - it seems very complicated for me.

I just looked at the steps for all flavors Powerbook G4 12" (867MHz, 1-1.5GHz) and they all have the same steps for removing/replacing a HDD. Here is the Link .

Hope this helps.

ACJ,

What is the model number (Axxxx) of your PowerBook G4? It is located at the bottom of your computer.
