Why is my computer crashing randomly? (blue screen) Boots into Bios?

Hi My Asus Laptop recently started to crash randomly, its not an old laptop, It can go anywhere from a few days to a few seconds and crash. It sometimes boots into bios, and sometimes boots into windows 10. I ran malware bytes and came back with nothing, ccleaner, cleaned the registry, temp files, disk cleanup, defrag, just got done doing a reset and its still crashing. Any help would be appreciate. thanks!

What do you get when you go into the event viewer after a crash ? May be a good idea to run a mem test .Bad memory can cause crashes . You can also check your system files with a sfc scan Check your exhaust fan to make sure theres a good flow of air . An overheated computer is prone to crash . Just some ideas that may help
