Anyway of factory resetting using 3rd party free software

Hi there I’m having issues with my galaxy where I was getting boot loop issue.

Then my phone had another message pop up that I needed to plug it the the computer and reset it. It just won’t budge. Can any1 help me at all all I want is my phone back. I don’t care about the stuff on it.

I tried but keeps failing right on the end tried 5 or 6 times . Is there any other way?

If it's failing on hidden.img you actually need to remove that from the .tar.md5 file which can be done by using the 7zip application.

Hi again I was attempting to find the correct firmware for my phone. I believe you have to link the CSC code or something like that. I don’t have access to the code as the phone shows another screen. Is there any other way to retrieve it?

I tried removing it from the md5 file using 7zip but it didn’t actually allow me to delete it for some reason
