Is this the bluetooth antennae for 27" iMac?

I took the screen off of my 27" imac to try to zero in onwhat was making an annoting chirping sound inside3 of it. So I turn the computer on with the screen slightly lifted, see a spark and the power cut out, turns out the thing circled in the picture fell out of place and shorted out on the led driver board. I put everything back together and it starts perfectly except my bluetooth keyboard and mouse wont connect. Was the item that got burnt the bluetooth antennae?

The part that you have circled is the camera board:

iMac Intel 27" EMC 2309 and 2374 Camera Board Replacement

There is a blue wire that travels from the bluetooth board through the area you show in your picture, that looks to be the antennae. iMac Intel 27" EMC 2309 and 2374 Bluetooth Board Replacement

Perhaps the arching compromised it as well.

Are you sure thats part of the camera board? I didn't see any mention of the part I circled in the link you provided. Also do you know of anyplace I could buy a replacement bluetooth board?

What year and part of the year is your iMac? From what I am seeing the 21.5 & the 27 have the same bluetooth board. 922-9369 Bluetooth Board 21.5 - 27 iMac Mid 2010 A1311 , A1312 is available here http://www.macpartsonline.com/922-9369-b... . If you can give more to go on, possibly even the last 3 digits of your serial number I will see what I can find.
