iPhone 6s won't turn on and doesn't go into recovery

Hi, i got this iPhone 6S to repair. It just goes into DFU mode, iTunes and other programs(3utools) recognize it but when i try to install the firmware itunes gives me 4005 error, and 3utools tells me that it can't go into recovery. On the iPhone's screen nothing haopens, always black. What can I do?

Error 4005 could be an issue involving the NAND. You need to check all of the related voltages that power the NAND to see if they are present. If that looks good, then I would check the voltages from the BB PMU as that can also cause 4XXX tyep errors on the 6S.
