Why aren't my JBL E40BT turning on?

I recently got a pair of JBL E40BT, and today decided to use the BT function. The thing is, it won't work at all. When I plug it in to charge it, it flashes a white light very rapidly, when I take them off the charge and press the BT button, nothing happens. Any idea what I can do?

Answer this question I have this problem too

The white light occurs only while charging and no device can see the headphones then.

Hi!

In order to use the Bluetooth function, you need to first pair your device to the headphones; the flashing white light indicates that the headphones are ready and waiting to pair with a Bluetooth-enabled device, like your phone or laptop. This is where you should find instructions on how to set up your headphones.
