My MacBook air , the screen has these colorful lines and white thing

Need help. Does anyone knows how to fix this? The screen has all these colorful lines like green, red, blue and yellow and also on top of that it has this white thing that appeared on the top part of the screen, i pressed on the screen to hold it because i was doing something else and didn’t want to drop it and I think I put too much pressure on it and then when I did that whole thing just popped up!!! but I need help . Please !
