What are the grey lines on the back of a LCD power supply board?

I was changing out some bad capacitors on my 40 inch Samsung LCD TV, and I accidentally dropped some solder on the back of the power supply board. On the inverse side of the board is a big long silver block. I tried using soldering iron and some solder wick to clean it up, but it didn't work.

What are these gray lines, and did I kill the power supply board?

They indicate sections of the board like parts that are HOT AC and Parts of the board that are DC.. the silver is trace and if you bridged a connection YES the board is bad now.
