You really haven't given much information. My first thought is your memory is full and there is no more room to save. For that you will need to hook it up with a data cable to a computer and download the pictures then delete them or insert a micro SD card and choose to save your pictures to it. The owners manual for the DSi can be downloaded for free in the PDF format(Adobe Reader) from the Nintendo website. It has instructions on how to do everything I previously mentioned. The other thought is you are having trouble with your R & L triggers/bumpers if such is the case you will need to remove the motherboard to get a few drops of alcohol in them to clean them. Instructions for removing the motherboard are in the teardown here

I have the same situation but I don't know what to do The blowing/cleaning thing doesn't work, and I still have room in my data for pictures so what should I do?

My dsi has done the same and it happened after I cleared the system so no it isn't because it's full. It asks you too turn off the system everytime.

R & L buttons can be fixed by blowing in them. No need to tear it apart for that.
