My screen is broken, coming out of phone, different colors. Can I fix?
it also makes weird beeping noises. I just want to know if I should try getting the screen replaced or just get a new one.

Replacing the screen is pretty straightforward, you can check out this guide to see if you are comfortable with the actions required. Always remember to disconnect the battery first and reconnect it last. Also, keep track of your screws and be very gentle when the flex cables are under tension...they tear very easily.

I had a similar problem. I handed it in to an authorised repairer for a quote. I think the quote cost $50 AUD. They told me that not only was the screen broken, but sensors and electronics were also messed up. Apple offered a refurbished replacement for around $400 AUD, so I accepted.
That was 12 months ago, and it hasn’t missed a beat. I was dubious and took a punt, but I’m very happy I did. Off course, I could have bought a pretty nifty Android phone for the repair/replacement cost, but I really wanted my iPhone7 back.
Get a quote from an authorised repairer and then decide. Does your household insurance policy ( if you have one ) cover such repairs? Check your policy.

Well if the phone is badly damaged then you would be better off getting a new phone.
