Bose Compnion 2 ,series 11 multi media speakers. have loud feedback.

static, loud whistle, unable to use. They are for laptop. Can they be fixed? Can you send me a man. on hows to get into them or do I have to buy new ones?Thanks Janice Dillon

Hi @carefree ,

Can you try another set of speakers or perhaps a set of headphones (take care of your ears) to prove whether the problem is in the laptop or in the speakers?

If the problem is in the laptop:

What is the make and full model number of the laptop that the speakers are connected to?

What OS (Win7, 8.1, 10, Mac OS etc) is installed in the laptop?
