after shut down restarts automaticaly

I have an iphone 4 with a hardware problem: it restarts automaticaly after shut down, front camera doesn't work and it has problems with network. I restored it to 4.2.1 and the same problem; i changed the pc board in another iphone and the same problem and i suppose it's a hardware problem. Any solution?

Answer this question I have this problem too

I had a similar issue with my iPhone 4. it may be unrelated but I figured I'd share it to see if you have had any of the same problems. You can check out the whole story bellow but the short answer is that it just corrected itself randomly. I tried restoring multiple times with no success so I pulled out the battery, let it sit overnight and then booted it up in the morning expecting to see the same issue but it worked fine and has since then.

It all started when my home button stopped working all of a sudden. My phone would not respond at all to me pressing the home button. It was raining that day so I thought maybe a little moisture had gotten in. I checked the water indicators on the phone and they were white still meaning that at least that part had not gotten wet. The weird thing was that it started activating the voice command prompt randomly. That led me to think that there was something wrong with the home button or home button connector like maybe it was permanently stuck even though it still had the clicking action to it. I tried to power cycle my phone but it would restart after the screen with the spinning circle. I tried restoring the phone 3 times and it still did the same thing. I decided to give up and take it in to Apple since it was under warranty still. I pulled out the battery, woke up the next morning and turned it on just to see what would happen and it was working fine. I have not had any issues with it since then. It's been about 7 days.

Last night, my phone started ghost activating the voice control again. I turned it off for the night and then back on in the morning and it hasn't had the issue. Something weird is going on. I'm planning to take it in to Apple the next time it does it.

While I've never worked on an iPhone 4, I've seen problems like this before with other devices. It sounds to me like an electrical short.

EDIT:

After reviewing the guides, it seems likely that one or more of the cables near the top of the phone (camera, power, etc) are not seated properly. It is also mentioned repeatedly that oils from one's fingers can cause wireless connectivity issues, so be sure to use a de-greaser, as recommended.

I've dealt with connectors like those on laptops and they can be temperamental if you're not careful. Always make double- and triple-sure that they are seated properly and that no foreign objects (crumbs, dust, metal filings) might have made their way into the sockets. Use a little compressed air if you have to (just keep any small parts secured when you do!)

(Edited after I actually researched. Sorry about that!)

I hope this helps!
